Rimu floor re-sanded

Kia ora, I am looking for someone to sand our wooden floors. Not a big job - will be lounge, hall, kitchen. Likely 60-70 square metres. But could do with guidance/someone who can replace approx 2sm of slats first near door that are likely too far gone (not a major, we could prep this but be nice to have hassle taken out if poss). Rimu floorboards. We are happy to remove items from rooms in preparation. Prior experience people only please. --- . Ngā mihi nui :-)
