When job was finished I asked him to send invoice and he replied it was a cash job, if I was told this before the job was started I would have never hired him... also he used our toilet and left the door open while he was in there VERY UNPROFESSIONAL , yelling out as I opened the back door "hang on I'm just having a piss"

You wouldn't get job done like that it from anyone else you told me you had sander the floor when I got there the floor was not sander you lie about that if I was to put gst on the job or travel cost you would been paying extra I went out of my way to do this job for you I been flooring for over 35 years and never had bad review or any one complain about my work or my skills as a person so I think the way you are beening is very disrespectful"
