Gate latches, hinges and jockey wheel

Gates have been installed but don't think the latches and hinges were not heavy duty enough so gates have dropped and then latches broke. We need new latches and either the hinges sorted or a jockey wheel added. We also need cut outs made in the wooden gates so you can put your hand through and open from the other side.
