Screen Rebuild Project

Job description

Timber Fencing & Gates
Wellington

1. The project is to rebuild a wooden screen and to rectify poor workmanship on a second screen at our property. 2. Background. In December 2021 two wooden screens were constructed on our property. The screens were intended to conceal a clay bank and a strip of lawn below the woodshed, to improve the visual appearance of the property. The screens were built by a contractor, however the end result is poor and we have decided to rebuild one of them and repair the second one. 3. Back Patio Screen. We are seeking the post and rail type screen in front of the bank to be rebuilt, reusing as much of the original material as possible. It is approximately 20m long and 1.7m high. 4. Side of House Screen. A screen has been built to the side of the house, in front of a newly paved area. The original work features short pieces of timber that have been poorly attached to the screen. These are to be either reattached or replaced to give the screen a uniform, tidy appearance . Specifications and dimensions of the screens along with photographs of the existing structures will be provided to registrations of interest.

Bespoke Wood were called in to rebuild a screen that had been poorly built by a rouge tradie. The work was done to the agree standard and to a high quality. I would be happy to contract them again. Thanks To Craig, Tim and the lads.
