Replacing Existing Wooden Gate with Metal Framed Gate

I have an existing wooden gate, this expands in winter and I can't open it and becomes heavy so has dropped on one side. I would like to replace it with a metal framed gate but use existing wooden panels on the frame where possible (tongue and groove) as the rest of the fence looks the same. Have seen the frames at Bunnings but would require some amending to get the right size.
