Build new fence

Hi there, a fence between our property and the neighbour's blew down in the wind and we need to replace it with a new fence. The fence is approximately 6m long and we want it to be 1.8m high using wooden paling. The old fence also needs to be removed. There is a garden on one side but the other side is relatively unobstructed.
