Dog proof fence

I need to add in a gate and fence the back part of my section. I need the gate in before Christmas, but the fencing itself can wait till afterwards if it needs to. The photo with the house in it is where the gate needs to go. The section is partially fenced, but the part that needs fencing has trees and undergrowth so I may need to clear. The photos with lawn are what the back part of the section looks like.
