Missed the acceptance of the quote in builders crack and was unaware until I checked if they were coming to start the job weeks later. Once the job started they installed the initial support's for the fence, no further timeline or communication was received. Followed up a week later to see when they'd be back and they said they had staff sickness and expected in a few days time. Would have appreciated a text or something to keep me informed of the timeline.
