Boundary fence

I need portions (will require 5/6 posts to be removed and replaced) of an existing boundary fence on a hillside moved (as they are slightly off the boundary). I will need advice on how/where to move posts so as not to destabilise the hillside. I need a boundary fence erected on a flat bit of property (approx. 10 metres). first photo shows flat section where new fence is going (photo shows string line to where fence will go) second two photos show hillside fence where portions need to be moved.
