Front fence and gate

We have a picket fence built on top of a small concrete wall along the street front of our house. The picket fence is falling down and needs replacing. We'd like to have a new higher fence to give more privacy and we'd like the fence to come back to the house to enclose the small front section, with a gate that can only be opened from the inside. We'd like to talk to anyone who can offer suggestions to help us make best use of this sunny and sheltered part of our section.
