Timber fence in Hataitai

Construction of new boundary fence in Hataitai. Minimum 150cm high and approx 20 metres long. This fence needs to be built on top of an existing concrete retaining wall with some access issues to the boundary from existing plants that will need to be worked around or dealt with. Looking for someone with problem-solving experience when it comes to fencing and who can deliver a great looking final product for reasonable money. Preference is for treated pine, tongue and groove with a cap or similar to match our existing retaining wall. This job needs to be completed by the end of October. Thanks!
