Build and paint fence between apartments
Job description
Hi there. Photos of fence shown from both sides. The job is to remove the current black timber 1.5m by 4m fence between the apartments (running horizontal in the photo) and replace it with a similar timber fence but 1.87m high (the same height as the vertical black timber fence in the photo) - 1.8m fence and a base. Old horizontal fence has two palings. Imagine new fence would need three. Second part of job is to paint the fence black. They used Taubmans Ebony paint elsewhere on the property. Had the green light from body corp to proceed already.

Rod was great to work with. He has a great attitude. He's a positive guy who knows his stuff. When he came across unexpected things when building the fence (like concrete under the garden soil), he thoughtfully presented options and talked me through the pros and cons. He thought a lot about materials too and sourced some excellent products. Really happy with the fence too. Excellent workmanship. He worked quickly and efficiently too, Went the extra mile. Highly recommended.
