On our boundary we have a slope where mud is currently flowing onto the neighbour's property when it rains, with only part of the boundary fenced. The 10m gap where we no fence in place requires a retaining wall and fence to complete the boundary line and prevent the mud from sliding across. Looking at timber for the fence.
