Replacement of 17M Fence between with same height fence (2.2M staggered)

Replacement of 17M Fence between 2 properties with same height fence (2.2M staggered). Have discussed with my neighbour and they agree that replacement is the best option. This job includes the removal of the existing fence.  Post spacing 1.8M  3 x Rails  Rough-sawn palings finger spaced like fence on either side.  Capping Potential challenges include:  Storm water and waste water pipes when positioning posts. See attached photo.  Established trees with roots when positioning posts.  May need to break up some concrete in the corner where shed is when positioning posts.  Neighbour's tenants have dogs, need to consider this during the time where the fence is being replaced.
