Driveway gate not closing

Hi, My partner and I just moved into a new house with an electric gate to the driveway. Since we moved in (September) it’s steadily become worse. Now it will only close if we restart it from the box. On the led screen it comes up “phot” in the box when stuck in the open position. It seems like the green wire is out of place but we are unsure where it goes. Would really appreciate a hand on this as we would love to use our driveway again without the fear of the gate not opening. Thank you, Kellie Yanek
