Boundary Fence

We have a fence on our property adjacent to a public walkway. There is an 8metre gap where we would like to complete the fence. The existing fence is in the 1st picture It is 1.6metres high but 1.8 might be preferable for the balance if possible The place where it goes is about 30metres up the walkway from the road Then as a seperate job we would like to build this outdoor privacy screen Thanks
