New Fence 28M shared with neighbour

I have been chatting with my neighbour and we have agreed to go halves on a fence between our properties. The fence will be 28 meters long and approx. 1.8M high. It will be a fairly standard posts, rails and palings type fence with capping. No painting. I have attached a picture with measurements. Bonus, if you get the job my neighbour wants to fence off the rest of their property which we can discuss separately.
