Wooden gate repair x2

We inherited a couple of gates in need of repair when we moved into this property. Gate 1. Repair and rehang a wooden gate that came off in the wind. May need some additional joinery/wood and repair of the gate before it can be re-hung. Gate 2. Wooden gate has warped (in wind)and latch has come off. Want to be able to securely close it.
