Fence alongside steps completed to good solid standard of construction and in timely manner. However costs increased by 27% above original quote without any significant change in scope. Freight cost for “forgotten” materials exceeded actual cost of materials.

"Was asked to quote for two jobs, and only quoted for one. I clearly outlined the job I had quoted for, however I did forget to add the second job. I sent through an additional quote for the second job, which I ended up discounting $70. I stuck to the dollar on the two quotes I made"
