New Timber Fence

21m treated timber fence required. Bottom ~800mm height is retaining wall and need horizontal timber beams/paling with 1m spaced piles --- . Every second pile to be long to serve as top part of fence, ~1.6m height on top of retaining section. Vertical paling required with no gaps. Paling to be capped at the top. Good finish required A trench with drainage pipe and gravel fill required for the full length of fence.
