Dressed wooden fence

Hi I need a timber fence built at the rear of my property. It is mainly to keep children from falling off the retaining wall but I want it to match in with the existing deck railings. Photos are attached. It is 12.5m of fencing and 2 gates. Both about 1.6m wide give or take. The fencing needs to be 1m high a d made up of: 150x50 top rail 75x50 top side rail 75x50 bottom rail 50x50 pickets --- posts All dressed timber in keeping with the current decking and railing. Photos of the locations for the fencing are attached and photo of existing railings.
