Fixing fence

Our shared boundary fence has broken in the recent storm and has several loose and rotting posts. Has around three posts that are loose I think and one severely rotten and in need of replacement. Unfortunately our fibre connection runs through the fence (pictured) so will need to be worked around. It needs fixing ideally with as much of the palings and rails re used as possible but open to replacement if more cost effective. Looking for quotes to confirm job with my neighbour who is on board with fixing.
