Trellis extension on top of existing fence

Due to an escape artist dog who can jump incredible heights, we need to raise the height of a five foot fence. Looking to get trellis installed around the top of the existing fencing. Ideally wanting this done pretty soon as it’s a health and safety consideration with a busy main road just out the front. We have a temporary electric fence line up in the meantime but Houdini dog is smart and will probably work out how to get over it soon.
