Replacing broken wooden fence - 15.7 meters
Job description
After a section of fence has fallen down during the recent storm, it looks like it is better to replace the entire section and the other rotten posts. This job is for replacing the existing fence, with a new one - length of section is 15.7 meters. The fence is to be done with all standard sizes: - 1.8 meter x 25mm paling. - 3 rails 75mm x 50mm - to be between posts, not along the side of the posts. - posts 100 mm x 100mm, concreted in the ground. As per photo, the fence had paling on both sides: - Side towards the driveway had palings next to each other. - The other side had every second paling. Can you please provide a quote for building this new 15.7 meters section of the fence, and also a separate quote for removal and disposal of the existing 15.7 meters of fence/posts. This job is to be financed by two neighbors, therefore we would require two separate invoices - half of the cost each. The job is in Te Atatu South.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Neil Rossin. He completed the work, within expected timeframe. The fence is looking fabulous. The site is cleaned up and tidy, and all extra material removed. I would not hesitate to hire Neil for another piece of work. Highly recommended.
