Install ready made gate (+ possible pedestrian gate)
Job description
Hi I need to install a double gate (ready made unit from Bunnings - see link below). There are two quirks of the job: 1. there are existing posts but they are a little wider than the required 3metres - so I need a bit of creativity. My plan was to bolt an extra post to the existing post??? 2. there is a gap between the post and the house which needs to be closed up. Im imagining some L-brackets and plywood or wood panels (nothing flash - its not very visible) . see picture. I also need a pedestrian gate built (gap is 900 wide) and installed but happy to list as a separate job if preferred. Please note that I have not purchased the bunnings gate or accessories yet so am open to suggestion. Pictures attached. Thanks --- ---

Dave was great! he came to site, quoted on the job really fast, came up with creative solutions for tricky areas and just got the job done. More than that, he made use of materials I had on site to reduce costs, and he went the extra mile by landscaping around an uneven area to ensure the finished job looked amazing. Super practical. Super helpful. All in all a job well done.
