Install retaining wall post extension

Hi there, Needed someone to install about 6 90x75 posts at approximately 2.4m crs fixed to the retaining wall rails with 2/M12 stainless bolts. The challenge is that the location is in a slope and access will probably require prying a couple of fencing off (see pic). thank you.
