Build short fence and rehang wooden gate

I have a gate attached to a brick wall which is starting to ‘subside’ which is preventing the gate from closing 1. I need to have the wall knocked down, its about 1m long 1.5 metres high . 2. Replace the wall with a picket fence with a concrete base below it 3. Fix gate to the fence post to align with the other gate, the gate is pickets as well See photos, I need to get this done as soon as possible as I need to be able to close the gate. I would like someone to do this who is experienced in hanging gates One of my driveway gates is attached to the wall
