30 metre Wooden fence and small retaining wall

Backyard timber fence (1.8metre) about 30 metres long on a contour and in a area with limited access. 3 metres will need a retaining wall that is less then 1 metre high to level the dirt is currently there. Will need to take down existing wire fence and remove that is covered in Jasmine. There may be more opportunity for further retaining wall work if interested but key work is the fence as it is required to keep in our escape artist dog. Would be good to get this job quoted and completed as quickly as possible.
