Stuck timber gate

Timber gate started getting stuck recently, so will very likely need someone to install an anti-sag kit, as it looks like there is nothing structurally wrong with it. Had the original carpenter to do a fix with a bit of planing, but it appeared to be just a temporary measure as the issue has come back in a couple of months.
