PVC fence changes/extension and gate change

We have a PVC fence but want it extended to cover the kitchen window (ideally re-using the 2 panels already on the side). See attached pictures. Also the gate currently opens inwards but we need it to open outwards so need the hinges moved to the other side. So it is adding 1 new panel to the front fence, moving the 2 side panel over and changing the gate to open outwards.
