Repair and/or Replace Wooden Fence (basic type)

The backyard of the property has three fences ie two sides and back fence. The back fence has been maintained and some parts replaced a couple of years ago so in general that is good but some minor touch ups may be required. One side is probably 90% ok but as you can see in these pics one side of the fence is in a terrible condition. The property is tenanted so I just want the fences to be repaired where you can and if needed replaced. Measurements are in total fences are 20m long on both sides and back fence is about 15 m. So the replacement area I would say is about 20m in total and repair about 5m. Note this is on Waiheke island I do have a placemakers account on island so if you are coming from auckland you could bring your ute or I do have a RAV 4 with roof racks and you could come and use that and pick up the wood etc and be picked up from ferry and taken back; whatever is easier for you. In central island location near the ferry.
