Replace fence

Remove existing 24.6m (1.8m high) of fence and replace it with a new wood and corrugated steel fence. This will also involve some retaining and the removal and replacement of approximately 5m of asbestos retaining (triangle from 0 - 0.6m). There is a fall of approximately 1m over the entire length of the fence. We would like the fence to be stepped rather than sloped. The fence borders a council walkway so we expect a contribution from the council. Attached is a picture of the sort of fence we would like
