Covering ply fence with palings

Have a very tired looking ply fence. Neighbour's do not want to ho halves in replacing. As the posts are already concreted in place, I would like some horizontal support wood nailed between tge existing posts and my side covered with new 2 metre fence palings. There is approximately 12 metres of fence to cover

Cannot speak highly enough of this tradesman and his worker. Communication was excellent and I was given a full understanding of what was involved with the job and costs. Jason went the extra mile with set up preparation,and his worker, who completed the job was meticulous and I am delighted with the end result.
