Dog proofing

I need someone to make my property safe for a small dog, so I need a gate for the front entrance and a small trellis fence and gate to close the gap between existing side fence and my house. I would also like a quote for for removing (or breaking up) that awful path and replacing it with gravel and concrete slabs. Have no idea of the cost.
