We are buying a house that has about 25m of leaning fence on one side. The fence is new but the posts weren't secured properly (not enough concrete or not dug deep enough?) so it was pushed over in strong winds. I'd like a quote so that we can ask the sellers to fix before settlement or take the coat of repairs out of the sale price.
