Replacing low fence with concrete-panel fence

Front yard. Need to replace low fence with concrete-panel fence as instructed below. Concrete-panel fence. About 1.8m height (as high as the tall fence next door). L-shape. About 8.2 metres in length on one side and 6.5 metres in length (including a side door/gate) on the other. Disposal of the low fense is not required. Quote must be detailed to include but not limited to materials and labour. Thanks.
