Shade cloth along existing fencelines to keep in small dog

Our section is fully fenced with wooden posts and large wire mesh, but the small dog can get through. We would like the section to be finished with a shade cloth to ensure she stays in while we are out :-) Section size is 4700 sqm, so probably a 1-2 hundred metres of cloth would be required at a guess. Some of the fence line is already completed with the cloth.
