I want to add timber fence railings to the inside of an existing timber fence, overlapping them with the gaps in the existing fence to improve privacy and sound absorption. There are 7 2400mm sections of fence with 15 148mm W x 1800mm H palings per section - so 105 or so in total. I attach a picture of the existing fence below.
