Job description
Fix a loose fence pole (wooden) separating two driveways and replace broken wooden planks in front fence. Also fix a cupboard door that has got detached from its hinges.

Tim's Contracting was awarded this job for an agreed cost. Tim wanted full payment in advance. Half way through the job he wanted a further payment of $175 to complete the job. He took away the cupboard door for fixing and has since not returned. Fence job partly completed with debris strewn in the vicinity of the job. Agreed to pay the balance on completion but did not return on the promised day. Since then no responses received for my messages. Unprofessional and unreliable. Be very careful.

Correction john ,
I quoted the initial job for $575 that was for the whole job ok You brand and said it was to high ,so u sent another quote which I charge a 10%admin fee as your first quote was free John ok that quote came to $475 and I advised you of variations if any during the job ,hence the extra $175 to straighten your fence along the driveway which was covered in concrete hence the garage of the concrete cutter and labour costs for extra variations ,I rang and let you know"
