Dog 🐕 retain retaining

I need a small gate installed between a new house and a fence to restrict my dog from running 🏃‍♀️ onto the road when free. It can't be attached to the house as it is newly built and I am a tenant . I am a superannuation. I also have another small job I wish to have quoted for but will discuss this with the handyman as to its possibility.
