Timber Fence + 2 Path Gates

Need to build about 8 meters of 1.8m high timber fence and 2 path timber lockable gates. Most likely will have a rough-sawn pine to match the existing boundary fence, unstained and unpainted. About 5-6 meters of fence on one side with a gate and 2-2.5 meters (incl. the gate) on the other side. One of the pictures is a basic mockup of how the fence should be positioned on the left side. The fence/gate on the right side will go from the balcony to the boundary fence, any suggestions on how to make it look nice are appreciated. The only potential issue is there are power/gas/fibre cables on the left side of the house. Please give me an estimate first before coming in to do a proper quote. Thanks :)
