Hi I need someone who can help plan this project as well as construct it. I have a small back garden with a solid retaining wall. I want to use the retaining wall as a base to attach a cat proof netting fence onto, with gates at each end of the area to allow us to access other parts of the property (while keeping the cat inside this fenced area).
