Gate 1 - Medium gate: 1) width 1.18m x Height 1.8m (approx). 2) Hinging inwards toward property off existing post. 3) Attach a latch onto brick side of house. 4) May need a wheel to support weight. 5) Horizontal wood should match the existing fence line/spacing. Gate 2 - 1 Large gate: 1) width 1.7m x Height 1.73m (approx). 2) Hinging inwards toward property off existing post. 3) Attach a latch onto brick side of house. 4) Will most likely need a wheel to support weight. 5) Horizontal wood should match the existing fence line/spacing. Materials: We already have wood for horizontal cladding (which matches the existing fence). Assumed extra materials needed: 1) Framing. 2) Hinges (Heavy duty). 3) Gates wheel/s (heavy duty). 4) Latches x2 (that can have a padlock). And any other materials builder would advise such as extra bolts etc.
