Extend palings under deck

Hi, I would like to extend the palings along the concrete and close off the entire under-deck area. I would like a wooden/paling sliding door installed on the long side. Dimensions: Long side ~4.2m Short side ~3m Height to the joist on the long side is around ~1950 mm Height to the joist on the short side is ~2100mm high Diagram and pictures attached
