I remember having a rail just short on to finish the job, but i ended up patching it up which of course did not last that long. So i need someone to add a new rail between 3 posts, so the fence gets the proper strength again. There should not be any need to remove the existing one. So i need to confirm the length of the rail in order for you to get the right size, so this could just make it easier enough for you to come over with the rail and do the job, so no need to inspect the property first, but can be organised if you want it to. Perhaps this can be done with screws instead of nails, it'd be nice to have this advised by you? Thanks,
