Metal fencing/Gate with synthetic or astroturf grass

In photos attach, Picture A is of a similar house with a front gate and some grass. Picture B is where I would like the exact same work that was done in Picture A. I would like instead of the real grass, synthetic or astroturf grass done in the front approximately covering the same area you see in Photo B. I would also like the complete gate done, a metal gate in the front and that bit of the wooden fence sides. Basically exactly how Photo A looks like. I would like a rough figure of how much this work will cost. Thanks.
