Timber fence for the dog

The existing fence is very short and we are looking for the cheapest way to replace/upgrade it to a full height (1.5-1.8m) suitable for a medium sized dog. Roughly 25-30m long. The existing fence has a concrete base and there are what look like cinder blocks along the front. Not very fussed on the style, just some sort of vertical panels that won't look too out of place.
