Supply gate latch so gate can be locked and new letterbox -

We require a latch for a gate or similar to be attached or drilled into a brick fence which we can use a padlock on or similar to lock the gate. We also require a letterbox to be installed, perhaps on the fence too attached to the brick. The letterbox needs 110A on it. See photo where latch is to go (roughly) and suggested place in purple for the letterbox.
