Rebuild Fence

I want a tradesman to rebuild my fence. I want to raise the end of the fence shown that I share with my neighbour to be the same height as the rest of the fence to the right in the photo. The fence cap shape shown is not available any more so the existing fence cap will have to be shortened and used. I expect the cross timber that slopes down will be cut to size and used at the top of the rebuilt fence. I have all the full length palings needed to replace the ones shown. I can supply the --- post extension if you don't have a piece available. Access to the neighbours property, if it is needed, will require advance notice so that the tenants can give their approval to the property manager. happy to answer any questions
