Job description
Wanting a basic timer fence to go in between us and neighbours existing fence approx 8m in length. Then fence from corner of house to new fence approx 5m . This 5m section of fence to have a gate.

His level of workmanship was not up to a high standard on the fence and retainer. After communicating dissatisfaction with the job Paulo offered to come back and fix the work, which we didn't take up. He did respond professionally to the feedback. Reading his 5 star reviews on similar projects I was expecting way more than what was delivered.

"I apologize for the inconvenience but I delivered exactly what was sent in the quote. Standard fence without capping. I proposed to go back to cut the posts or install the capping only for the cost of the material but it was not accepted by the customer. Anyway, next time, try to specify your requirements better so as not to have any unforeseen events at the end of the project, as I have a lot of work done and all of them rated 5 stars. Sorry for any inconvenience."
